How do the Suonon Pro X 12K Prefilled Replacement Pods work?
Each pod works as a self-contained cartridge that draws power from the parent kit and delivers vapour through a mesh coil.
- Prefilled liquid feed: The pod holds 2ml of 20mg nic salt sealed inside, so no filling is needed.
- Mesh coil heating: The integrated mesh coil heats a wider surface area than a round wire coil, giving even flavour delivery.
- Magnetic contact: The pod's contacts complete the circuit with the kit's battery when it clicks in.
- Auto-draw firing: A pressure sensor inside the kit fires the coil the moment you inhale, with no buttons involved.
- Closed system: The pod cannot be refilled or opened; you swap it once the flavour fades or vapour drops.
How do you fit and use the Suonon Pro X 12000 Pods?
To fit and use a Suonon Pro X 12000 Pod, follow these 5 simple steps.
- Pull the used pod straight out of the top of the Suonon Pro X 12K Kit.
- Peel the seal off the fresh pod's contacts and mouthpiece.
- Line up the pod with the kit's magnetic slot and press down until it clicks.
- Stand the kit upright for around 60 seconds so the mesh coil wicks the liquid fully.
- Inhale through the mouthpiece to auto-fire the pod; there is no button to press.

What are the pro tips for Suonon Pro X 12K Vape Pod vapers?
According to Naeem Mansoor, Vape Writer at Royal Vapery, a few simple habits keep every pod running at full flavour.
- Prime and draw correctly: Let a fresh pod sit for at least 60 seconds before use, then take a slow 3-second inhale for better flavour.
- Store and replace properly: Keep the kit and spare pods upright and away from direct sunlight. Replace the pod when flavour or vapour starts to drop.
- Choose the right strength and pack: The 5-pack reduces the price to £4 per pod. Only 20mg is available, so consider a refillable pod kit with 10mg nic salt e-liquids if you want a lower strength.
Who are the Suonon Pro X 12000 Refill Pods made for?
Expert Perspective:
According to Naeem Mansoor, Vape Writer at Royal Vapery, the Suonon Pro X 12K Refill Pods suit adult vapers who already own the parent kit and want a strong nic-salt hit with zero setup.
Best for:
- Adult smokers switching to vaping who want a cigarette-style MTL draw.
- Existing Suonon Pro X 12K Kit owners who need direct replacements.
- Vapers who prefer 20mg nic salt over lower strengths.
- Users who want prefilled convenience with no bottles, coils or wattage changes.
Not for:
- Vapers who want less than 20mg (choose a refillable pod kit with 10mg nic salt).
- Anyone who prefers sub-ohm direct-to-lung vaping with high-VG shortfills.
Why choose the Suonon Pro X 12000 Prefilled Pod?
Five spec-backed reasons make these pods a straightforward choice for existing Suonon Pro X 12K owners.
Exact fit for the Suonon Pro X 12K Kit
Suonon 12K Pods are engineered to lock into the magnetic slot on the Suonon Pro X 12K Kit only, so the pod-to-battery contact stays consistent and the auto-draw fires cleanly on every inhale, according to the Suonon official Pro X 12K Kit specification.
Mesh Coil for Cleaner Flavour
The integrated mesh coil heats liquid across a wider surface than a standard wire coil, producing even flavour delivery from first to last puff and reducing the risk of hot spots that dull sweet or fruity notes.
20mg Nic Salt for a Strong, Smooth Hit
Each pod carries 20mg nic salt in a 50/50 VG/PG blend, delivering fast nicotine satisfaction and a smoother throat hit than freebase nicotine at the same strength, according to the Suonon official Pro X 12K Pod specification.
Prefilled, No Maintenance
Each pod arrives sealed with 2ml of e-liquid, so there is no filling, no dripping and no separate coil to change. Swap the pod when the flavour fades and continue vaping in seconds.
Fifteen UK Flavours in One System
The flavour range covers fruit, cola, candy and menthol categories, so most everyday preferences are covered in one system without having to jump between brands.
How do the Suonon Pro X 12000 Pods compare to other pods?
Suonon Pro X Pods sit in the same 20mg prefilled MTL category as Hayati, Elf Bar and Crystal Pro. The table below compares them like-for-like on the specs that decide which pod fits which kit.
| Specification | Suonon Pro X 12K Pods | Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 Pods | Elf Bar ELFA Pro Pods | Crystal Pro CP 10K Pods |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| E-liquid capacity | 2ml per pod | 2ml per pod + 9.5ml container | 2ml per pod | 2ml per pod + 10ml container |
| Compatible kit | Suonon Pro X 12K Kit / Hayati 6K Vape Kit | Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 Kit only | Elf Bar ELFA Pro Kit | Crystal Pro CP 10K Kit |
| Puff estimate | Up to 12,000 puffs (across pod set) | Up to 6,000 puffs | Up to 600 per pod | Up to 10,000 puffs |
Each pod family only fits its own parent kit, so the deciding factor is which device the vaper already owns.

Tested by Nadeem Mansoor
Expert Perspective:
Testing by Nadeem Mansoor, Vape Reviewer at Royal Vapery, using the Suonon Pro X 12000 Kit with 20mg nic salt pods over a 6 to 10 day window at moderate use, the pods performed as follows.
- Days per pod: Each pod lasted around 4 days on moderate use before the flavour started to drop off.
- Puff estimate: The full-pod set held steady near the manufacturer's 12,000-puff figure across all pods, using 2 to 3 second draws.
- Leaks: No leaks recorded across the test window; the sealed pod and internal rubber seals held liquid securely.
- Flavour progression: Cherry Cola and Strawberry both hit strong on day 1 and gradually faded toward the end of the pod, which was the natural cue to swap.
- Draw feel: The tight auto-draw fired every time within about a second, with no missed hits.
- Burnt taste: No burnt hits during testing; the pod's vacuum-feed wicking kept the coil saturated.
- Fit: The click-in magnetic connection stayed secure with no wobble.
Test conditions:
Suonon Pro X 12K Kit, 20mg nic salt pods (Cherry Cola and Strawberry), 6 to 10 days of moderate use.

Troubleshooting FAQs for Pro X 12K Refill Pods
Why does my Suonon Pro X 12K Pod taste burnt?
A burnt taste usually means the coil has dried out. Stand the kit upright for 60 seconds after fitting a fresh pod so the mesh coil can wick fully, and take slower 3-second draws instead of short puffs. If the taste stays burnt after priming, the pod has reached the end of its life and needs replacing.
Why is my Suonon Pro X 12K Pod not producing vapour?
Poor vapour output points to a weak battery or a loose pod fit. Charge the Suonon Pro X 12K Kit fully, then remove the pod, wipe the contacts clean and click it back in until it clicks. If vapour is still low, try a fresh pod to rule out a coil at the end of its life.
Why is my Suonon Pro X 12K Pod leaking?
Leaks usually come from damaged seals or heat exposure. Store the kit upright, keep pods out of direct sunlight and avoid dropping the device. Wipe any liquid from the pod's contacts and the kit's slot before refitting, For more causes and fixes, see our guide on why vape pods leak.
Why does the flavour fade before the pod runs out?
Fading flavour before the liquid ends is usually a spent coil rather than an empty pod. Nadeem Mansoor recorded flavour dropping off around day 4 on moderate use in testing. Once flavour dulls, swap to a fresh pod even if there is a little liquid left, because the mesh coil no longer heats efficiently.
What do I do if the pod stops firing on my Suonon Pro X 12K?
If the pod stops firing, first check the kit's battery level. Charge fully with the supplied USB-C cable, remove the pod, wipe the magnetic contacts on both the pod and the kit, then refit. If the auto-draw still does not activate, try a spare pod to isolate whether the fault is in the pod or the device.
FAQs about Suonon Pro X 12K Refill Replacement Pods
Are Suonon Pro X 12K pods refillable?
No, Pro X 12000 pod are not refillable. Each pod is a sealed, prefilled closed-system cartridge holding 2ml of 20mg nic salt. Once the flavour fades or vapour drops, swap it for a fresh pod. Vapers who want to fill their own e-liquid should choose a refillable pod kit instead.
How long does one Suonon Pro X 12000 refill pod last?
One Pro X 12K prefilled pod lasts around 4 days on moderate use, based on testing by Nadeem Mansoor, Vape Reviewer at Royal Vapery, at 20mg nic salt with 2 to 3 second draws. Heavier vapers will burn through a pod faster; lighter vapers may stretch a pod closer to a week.
Do Suonon Pro X 12K prefilled refill pods fit any other device?
No, Suonon Pro X 12K vape pods fit the Suonon Pro X 12K Kit and Hayati 6k device. The magnetic connector and contact layout are specific to that device, so the pods will not lock into other brands' kits, including Hayati, Elf Bar or Crystal Pro systems.
Are Suonon Pro X 12K pod pack TPD compliant?
Yes, Suonon Pro X 12K pods are TRPR compliant and MHRA-notified. Each pod holds 2ml of e-liquid at 20mg/ml nic salt, the maximum permitted by the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, and ships in child-resistant, tamper-evident packaging.
What nicotine strength are the Suonon Pro X 12000 Pods?
Suonon Pro X pods come in 20mg nic salt only. Naeem Mansoor recommends vapers who want a lower strength move to a refillable pod kit paired with 10mg nic salt e-liquid, since the Pro X 12K range does not offer a reduced-nicotine pod.
