What is the Suonon Pro X 12K Prefilled Pod Kit?
Suonon Pro X 12K Vape is a rechargeable prefilled pod device by Suonon, built around a 2ml replaceable pod filled with 20mg nic salt, an 850mAh internal battery and a mesh coil. How does the Suonon Pro X 12K Kits work?
Suonon Pro X activates when you inhale, heating the e-liquid through its mesh coil to produce vapour.
- Draw activation: the airflow sensor fires the coil when you inhale, so there are no buttons to press.
- Mesh coil: a metal mesh strip heats the nic salt e-liquid evenly for smooth flavour and vapour.
- Replaceable prefilled pod: a 2ml pod clicks into the device and swaps out when empty.
- Rechargeable battery: the 850mAh cell powers the coil and recharges over USB-C.
-
MTL airflow: a restricted intake channel gives the tight, cigarette-style draw that suits nic salt pods.
To get more information read our MTL guide to understand how this inhaling style works.
How to set up and use the Suonon Pro X 12K Device
Setup takes five steps and one safety check. Read the manual first if this is your first rechargeable device.
- Unbox the Suonon Pro X 12K device and remove any silicone plugs from the mouthpiece and the pod's fill port.
- Press the 2ml prefilled pod firmly into the top of the device until the magnets click into place.
- Charge the 850mAh battery over USB-C using a 5V adapter before the first vape if the indicator is low.
- Rest the device upright for two minutes so the mesh coil primes with nic salt.
- Inhale from the mouthpiece to activate the coil, and swap the pod when the flavour weakens.
Safety step:
Keep the device dry, store it below 40°C and use only genuine Suonon Pro X 12K replacement pods.
Pro tips for the Suonon Pro X 12K Prefilled Kit
Expert Perspective:
Based on testing by Nadeem Mansoor, Vape Reviewer at Royal Vapery, the mesh coil holds its flavour when the device is kept upright and the mouthpiece is wiped clean during heavy use.
-
Keep it upright: Store the device upright between draws so e-liquid stays over the mesh coil.
-
Wipe condensation: Clean the mouthpiece and pod contacts with a cotton bud during heavy use.
- Recharge and rotate flavours: Recharge at about 20% battery and rotate between fruit, menthol and drink profiles to reduce vaper’s tongue.
These tips suit adult MTL vapers who use the Suonon Pro X 12K pod vape kit with its prefilled pods.
Who is the Suonon Pro X 12K Pod Kit made for?
Suonon Pro X 12K device suits adult smokers switching to vaping and existing MTL vapers who want a rechargeable pod device without refills or coil swaps. According to Naeem Mansoor, Vape Writer at Royal Vapery, it fits vapers on 20mg nic salt who prefer tight, cigarette-style draws over big clouds.
Best for: adult smokers on 10 to 20 a day, MTL vapers moving off single-use bars, and buyers who want swappable prefilled pods rather than a bottle and a refillable tank.
Not for: sub-ohm vapers chasing big clouds, DIY builders who want to change coils and airflow, or anyone under 18. See our sub-ohm vape kits range if you want a direct-to-lung setup instead.
Why choose the Suonon Pro X 12K Vape Kit?
Rechargeable 850mAh battery
The integrated 850mAh cell holds enough charge for up to two days of moderate vaping, based on testing by Nadeem Mansoor, Vape Reviewer at Royal Vapery, and tops up over USB-C.
2ml TRPR compliant pods
Each Suonon Pro X 12K pod is a 2ml prefilled unit with 20mg nic salt, matching the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 limits published on GOV.UK.
Mesh coil for even flavour
The mesh coil heats the nic salt across its full surface, so the flavour stays consistent from a fresh pod to its final draws.
Draw activated, no buttons
The auto-inhale sensor makes the device simple to use for smokers who want the same motion as a cigarette without setup steps.
15 nic salt flavours
Fruit, menthol, candy and drink flavours share the same 2ml pod prefilled with 20mg nic salt e-liquid, so switching profiles does not change the nicotine strength.

For product support after purchase, the following troubleshooting answers cover common Suonon Pro X 12K issues.
Troubleshooting FAQs
Why is my Suonon Pro X 12K prefilled kit not producing vapour?
Check the pod is clicked in fully and the battery holds charge. Recharge over USB-C, rest the device upright for two minutes so the mesh coil primes, then draw slowly on the mouthpiece to trigger the auto-inhale sensor.
How do I fix a burnt taste on the Suonon Pro X 12K puff?
A burnt taste means the mesh coil is running dry. Stop vaping, fit a fresh 2ml Suonon Pro X 12K prefilled pod and rest the device upright for two minutes before the first draw.
Why is my Suonon Pro X 12K vape leaking?
Small droplets at the mouthpiece are normal condensation. Wipe the pod contacts and mouthpiece with a cotton bud, store the device upright and avoid hard drags that pull liquid past the coil.
How do I know when the Suonon Pro X 12k needs charging?
A weaker draw or reduced vapour signals a low battery. Plug the USB-C cable into a 5V adapter, wait for the charge indicator to complete, then resume vaping.
