Royal Vapery is a trading name of RRF Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13957422, with its registered office at 11 Merrick Ave, Preston, PR1 5TL. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Royal Vapery is an online vape retailer operated by RRF Trading Ltd. Contact the company by email at support@royalvapery.co.uk or by WhatsApp on 07861 338877. The company trades only online at royalvapery.co.uk and holds no physical shop.
Eligibility and age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to buy from Royal Vapery. UK law prohibits the sale of nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18, and Royal Vapery applies age verification at checkout. Royal Vapery reserves the right to cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.
Products and descriptions
Royal Vapery lists vape kits, pods, coils and e-liquids with descriptions based on manufacturer information. Product images and packaging vary as manufacturers update their designs. All nicotine products sold comply with the UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy, which Royal Vapery accepts when it confirms dispatch. Royal Vapery may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or failed age verification. A contract forms only once Royal Vapery confirms the order has been dispatched.
Pricing and payment
All prices on royalvapery.co.uk are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Royal Vapery accepts payment through PayPal, Stripe and Shopify Payments on a secure checkout. Royal Vapery corrects obvious pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
Delivery
Royal Vapery delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom using trusted couriers. Delivery options, costs and timeframes appear on the delivery information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Certain items, including opened e-liquids and pods, are excluded for health and safety reasons. Full details sit on the refund and return policy page.
Nicotine products and UK compliance
All nicotine e-liquids sold by Royal Vapery meet UK TRPR limits. Nicotine strength does not exceed 20mg/ml, refill bottles hold a maximum of 10ml, and prefilled tanks hold no more than 2ml. Royal Vapery does not sell single-use disposable vapes, banned in the UK from 1 June 2025.
Intellectual property
All content on royalvapery.co.uk, including text, images and branding, belongs to RRF Trading Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse site content without written permission. Product brand names and logos remain the property of their respective manufacturers.
Limitation of liability
Royal Vapery provides products for use by adult smokers and vapers in line with manufacturer guidance. Royal Vapery is not liable for misuse of a product or use contrary to instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Privacy
Royal Vapery handles your personal data in line with its privacy policy. The privacy policy explains what data Royal Vapery collects, how the data is used, and your rights under UK data protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer remain unaffected.
