Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 1 pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
Free Delivery Offer
We offer free Express Delivery on all orders over £49.99 within the UK.
This offer applies automatically at checkout and uses Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel directly through Royal Mail or DHL websites.

Delivery Restrictions
- We currently ship within the UK only.
- Deliveries are made during standard business hours (Monday-Friday).
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
- During busy periods (e.g., Christmas or public holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 working days of the dispatch date.
We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
