How Does the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro Pod Kit Work?
The Dojo Blast 30k Pro pod kit works by drawing 20mg nic salt e-liquid from an 8ml refill container into a 2ml prefilled pod through a sealed auto-fill port. Inhaling on the mouthpiece fires the Corex 4.0 dual-mesh coil, which heats the liquid into vapour.
The chosen power mode (ECO, Normal or Power) sets the wattage the coil pulls from the 1200mAh battery, so ECO Mode stretches the pack to 30,000 puffs while Power Mode trades runtime for a fuller flavour draw. The SSS Smart Liq-Cycle chamber recycles unused liquid back into the coil bed to stop leaks.
How to Set Up and Use the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro Vape Kit
- Charge the device with any USB Type-C cable until the display shows a full battery icon.
- Remove the 8ml refill container from the top of the pod and pull off the red silicone plug on the 2ml prefilled pod.
- Insert the 8ml refill container into the 2ml prefilled pod until it clicks and locks into place.
- Slide the assembled pod-and-container into the pod slot on top of the device. Repeat for the second pod set.
- Press the mode button to cycle between ECO, Normal and Power. Confirm the selected mode on the display.
- Wait 2 to 3 minutes for the coil to fully saturate before the first draw.
- Inhale gently through the mouthpiece to activate the device. No fire button is needed.
Pro Tips for Vaping the Dojo Blast 30k Pro Pod Kit
- Prime the coil: Let the pod stand for 2 to 3 minutes after fitting the refill container to avoid a dry first puff.
- Start in ECO Mode: The balanced setting helps extend e-liquid usage.
- Draw gently: Short, slow MTL pulls provide cleaner flavour than fast, deep draws.
- Charge on the plug: Use a suitable 5V/1A wall adapter for charging.
- Store upright: Keep the device pod-side up between sessions to help maintain proper chamber positioning.
Who Is the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro Pod Kit Made For?
The Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro prefilled pod kit is made for adult vapers (18+) who used to buy single-use disposables and now need a UK-compliant rechargeable device with a similar draw feel. The 20mg nic salt strength, MTL draw and inhale-activated design suit ex-smokers and first-time pod users.
The switchable power modes and 20ml capacity make the device equally useful for experienced pod-kit vapers who want fewer refills and longer runtime. The kit is not suited to sub-ohm DTL cloud chasers, since the coil resistance and 2ml pod format sit at the MTL end of the range.
Why Choose the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro Vape Kit?

Troubleshooting FAQs for the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro
Why is my Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro not producing vapour?
The Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro stops producing vapour for three common reasons: a flat battery, an unseated pod, or a dry coil. Check the display for the battery icon and recharge if low. Remove and refit the pod-and-container so it clicks in place. If the coil feels dry, wait 3 minutes for it to saturate.
Why does my Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro taste burnt?
A burnt taste points to a dry or spent coil. Confirm the 8ml refill container is fully clicked into the 2ml pod so liquid can flow. If the flavour stays scorched, the coil has reached the end of its life within the current pod, and the second pod set should be fitted. Long, hard draws in Power Mode shorten coil life.
Why is my Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro leaking?
The Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro rarely leaks thanks to SSS Smart Liq-Cycle sealing, but stored condensation can pool at the mouthpiece. Wipe the mouthpiece and the pod base with a dry tissue. Check the red silicone plug has been removed from the pod before fitting. Store the device upright to help the sealed chamber reseat.
How do I switch between ECO, Normal and Power modes?
To switch modes on the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro, press the mode button on the device. Each press cycles ECO to Normal to Power, and the active mode reads on the display screen. ECO extends the pack to 30,000 puffs, Normal balances flavour and runtime, and Power delivers the fullest flavour with the shortest pack life.
Why won't my Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro charge?
If the device does not charge, the fault is usually the USB Type-C cable or a blocked port. Test a second USB Type-C cable, since the kit does not include one. Blow gently into the charging port to clear dust. Use a 5V/1A wall adapter rather than a high-wattage laptop charger for the safest fill of the 1200mAh cell.
Why is the display screen on my Dojo Blast 30k Pro not showing?
A blank display screen usually means the battery is flat. Plug the device in via USB Type-C for at least 10 minutes and check again. If the screen stays blank after a full recharge, the device is faulty and should be returned within 14 days of purchase under Royal Vapery's returns policy.
Common Question FAQs About the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro
Can you refill the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro pod kit?
No, the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro is not refillable with bottled e-liquid. The kit is a closed-system prefilled pod kit that takes replaceable pods and refill containers, both prefilled with 20mg Vaporesso Deliciu nic salt at the factory. When the assembled pod-and-container set is spent, fit the second set in the box, then buy a fresh Dojo Blast 30k Pro pod pack.
How many puffs does the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro deliver?
The Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro delivers up to 30,000 puffs across the 20ml pack when set to ECO Mode, and up to 20,000 puffs in Normal or Power Mode. The actual puff count depends on draw length, since longer draws pull more liquid through the coil per puff. The 20ml total comes from two 2ml pods and two 8ml refill containers.
Is the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro compatible with Dojo Blast 10K pods?
Yes, the two devices share a pod format. The Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro reads Vaporesso Dojo Blast 10K prefilled pods and refill containers. A 10K pod paired with the 30k Pro device delivers up to 16,000 puffs, since the 10K pod holds less e-liquid than the 30k Pro's 8ml refill container.
What nicotine strength does the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro come in?
The Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro comes in 20mg/ml nic salt only, the UK legal maximum under TRPR 2016 (source: GOV.UK). The prefilled pods are filled with Vaporesso Deliciu 20mg nic salt e-liquid. Vapers who need a lower strength should look at pod kits that take separate 10ml nic salt bottles.
How long does the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro battery last?
The 1200mAh battery is rated to last an average vaper a full day between charges. In ECO Mode, a single full charge can stretch to a week, depending on draw frequency. Power Mode uses more current per puff, so the same 1200mAh cell needs charging more often. USB Type-C recharge time is roughly 40 minutes to full.
Is the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro nicotine free?
No, the Vaporesso Dojo Blast 30k Pro is not nicotine-free. Every pod-and-container set ships prefilled with 20mg nic salt e-liquid. The compatible Dojo Blast 10K pods are also sold in 20mg and 10mg strengths, both containing nicotine. Royal Vapery does not currently list a 0mg version of this specific device.
